I Enclose a cheque/cash for £250.00(us$ depending what the exchange rate is at time of booking), and understand that this is the deposit and that the full rent of £……………….is payable 8 weeks prior to vacation date by cheque. At which time the booking deposit becomes a refundable security when the home is left in good order. If cancelled with less than 8 weeks notice deposit is none refundable.

Security Deposit: I understand & agree that I am responsible for the loss or damage to the property or its’ inventory during the rental period & that the Rental Company or the owner can deduct sums from the security deposit or credit card to cover eventualities. I.E.: Early arrival or late departure charges, Damage to the property or its’ equipment, loss or breakage of inventory items. Where loss or damage to the property, the inventory or equipment exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the rental company or the owner will bill the guest for the shortfall. The guest agrees to pay in the event that the Guest fails to pay any such shortfall, the rental company or owner reserve the right to exercise legal remedies to pursue the amount owed by the guest. Upon final inspection no further charge will be made or taken from security deposit and a full refund on security deposit will be returned subject to no breakages /damages etc. By signing this agreement you are deemed to have read and accepted the standard terms and conditions.
